Dunlop’s tell lies to ISP’s in an attempt to remove the published truth about them.

If it wasn’t for the media (both paper and digital) in the UK we would have politicians still fiddling taxpayers out of millions, corruptive and society-eroding phone tapping by corrupt newspaper chiefs, police and reporters. We’d have criminals working anonymously in our neighbourhoods with citizens happy in their ignorance. The ability of the few in control of our society to manipulate the many. The basic freedoms of our society would be removed. This is why the European courts set up laws directly after the Second World War to protect all of our freedoms. The Dunlop’s don’t like us to have such freedom, because people like me (fighting for freedom and truth as the Police and the PSD seem reluctant to do so) now have the ability to openly publish and stay within the law. The Dunlop’s have recently attempted to destroy those freedoms by writing emails to internet service providers by using the only tool at their disposal – the professional ability to lie. It’s therefore only fair, in the interest of justice, and correct, that I expose those lies here. (as I will for all their lies, both to the PSD, the Police, and the IPCC and in openly published media)

The Dunlop’s have told lies to the Police, the PSD, the judiciary, the CPS and now the ISP's. Its the only thing they do well.

To-date they have lied to the Police, the Professional Standards Department, the judiciary in court and also via prosecution witness statements, the Crown Prosecution Service. And now they lie to website hosts that expose their lies, how? By lying, so let’s publish their nonsense and break it down for what it is. That’s what I’ll always do, publish and explain. Because I believe its right to let the public know what off duty police get up to in their spare time. Alex Marshall Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary must be proud of the Dunlop’s as he keeps them employed. I don’t know why – they can’t be representative of the ethics in Hampshire Constabulary can they? Surely not? I'll be fair to Mr Marshall, he's a busy man, he probably doesn't know what is happening down in the ranks, but surely he must understand that its exactly at this level with these things happening that the public is losing respect for the Police and undoing all the very good work that the Police do.

The following is a copy of the emails sent from Mr Matt and Mrs Sam Dunlop to my internet service providers in an attempt to get my site closed down. Their tactic is the same one used with the Police, the CPS, the courts and the Professional Standards Departs and the Environmental Food Agency, dead simple really – just tell them a bunch of lies!

I guess Alex Marshall like to employ compulsive liars, we’re all sure that as soon as they report in to work as a PC traffic officer and a Sergeant working in the 101 emergency calls centre (or wherever else they try and hide her) they revert back to being good honest straight police officers! … ya right – we all believe that one. Alex Marshall and his team must all have 'MUG' written on their heads and think members of the public do too. When presented with pure written evidence in their own hand (as in former corrupt prosecution witness statements), by another Police authority (as per Winchester Gun control department) or here signed by Mr and Mrs Dunlop under their own email address, what does Alex Marshall and his team do? Put their heads deep in the sand – that’s what!

PS Sam Dunlop and PC Matt Dunlop – can’t meet the basic requirement required to be a police officer – honesty. PS Sam Dunlop and PC Matt Dunlop – not fit for purpose – wake up Chief Constable Marshall, fire them!

Lie #1 the inability to recognise who the offensive and offended parties are

Lie: the material is not offensive, it’s true, and so therefore does not meet any libel laws (or your Police Federation solicitors would have supported a prosecution – which they don’t because it’s simply the truth). The only thing offensive is that all this truth is now witnessed by members of the public who feed back to us just how disgusted and offended THEY are that Matt and Sam Dunlop remain employed in Hampshire Constabulary. The correct word the Dunlop’s should have used when complaining to a web host exposing their disgusting and illegal behaviour is ‘embarrassing’!

Lie #2 attempt to reverse the situation (a trick the Dunlop's tried before and failed)

Lie: It’s the other way around, in every incident detailed in this website and elsewhere any reader (and that has included the PSD and the judiciary) can see it’s the Dunlop’s who have initiated action that have turned out to be either untrue or illegal! The truth is that PS Sam Dunlop and PC Matt Dunlop of Hampshire Constabulary have carried out a three year campaign of harassment against us. If anyone wants to see the truth please just ask me or the CPS or the IPCC, or the PSD for details. I think the Dunlop’s must be suffering some sort of persecution complex to add to their other complexes – no, I’ll take that back, it’s simply another lie told by the Dunlop’s.

Lie #3 the Dunlop's have taken legal action

Lie: now lets see Mr and Mrs Dunlop, when did you email this pile of drivel to my service providers, that’s right, many months ago, and I still don’t have anything from you, your police federation solicitors (who are regular visitors to the website – hi there) or anyone else. There must be a reason for this, maybe you did take legal advice and your solicitors told you that you’re indefensible and maybe they asked you if there is anything on the website that is untrue and you had to answer honestly knowing that you’d be toast in court (again) and had to admit it’s all the truth. Sad really. Please take your civil action – I will see you and your legal team in court (that’s if your own professional standards department who are investigating you have not nailed you in the meantime). But please don't try to impress an ISP by telling them you've taken civil action when you haven't. (and in fairness - why didn't you tell them its you that are currently under investigation?)

Lies told to Microsoft Live - with their email in it entirity exposed.

Now lets look at the previous email letter sent to my previous web hosts at Microsoft. This is also a pile of legal twaddle and lies.

Lie #1 claims of offensiveness with an inability to point to even one specific issue.

Lie: Its quite telling isn’t it that the Dunlop’s cannot detail which specific parts of the website are false, although I’m positive the website is offensive to them as the truth about the Dunlop’s is embarrassing, offence and disgusting. But the best part is the bit about the PSD proving anything on our behalf as being untrue. I’m sure the PSD must have got it all wrong in the end when they in their confused state issued disciplinary operation advice to Sam Dunlop – TWICE! (so why the Dunlop's forget to tell them that???) And we (Stan Evans and Susan Butler) received a letter from a detective inspector informing us that the summary to their investigations into the Dunlop’s and specifically Sam Dunlop’s behaviour and actions is that she ‘failed to meet the minimum standards required’ note these are not my words, these are the words of a senior policeman within the PSD. Yet the Dunlop’s writing to our previous hosts seems to have got this 100% turned around. They must have been having another ‘confused day’, or maybe it was another big fat hilarious Dunlop lie. P.s. we're really glad you find the website offensive, so do other right minded people, they find your continued actions offensive. You know, I actually think you’re bosses find it offensive too – that’s why you're trying to kill off the truth by using more lies! Am I right?

Lie #2 lies of being warned several times when it didn't happen even once

Lie: please name any of these several occasions or the Police officers involved – go on – name them! You cant! Because I have never been warned by any police, any solicitors, the PSD, the IPCC, or anyone. In fact its telling again that I have informed all your bosses, the local Police, the PSD, the IPCC, everyone, and not one of them has written or spoken to me about the website. You want to know why? Because what I’m doing is legal and the truth. I have not had to ‘sadly ignore’ anyone – the only people in my life I'd ignore (happily, not sadly) is yourselves, Mr Matt and Mrs Sam Dunlop and now your crooked little friend Inspector Pauline Pilkington. Is it Hampshire Police’s training that taught you how to be such professional liars – I don’t think so, I think Alex Marshall and your other bosses will be quite upset with you when they see how you openly lies to a whole list of officials and now to web hosts. Lies that expose you for what you are.

Lie #3 a personal unqualified attack

Lie: There’s Mrs Dunlop making unqualified medical opinions, perhaps she's a part-time failed nurse as well? As per previous comment, it is the Dunlop’s who can be seen to have initiated all actions, it can therefore be seen as to which direction any vendetta is directed. I’m sure anyone with average use of the English language will be able to see from reading Dunlop’s own prosecution witness statement (published elsewhere on this website) who the ranting person is. There is one half truth, I do now have a personal vendetta against the Dunlop’s and now Pauline Pilkington – why – I cant stand corrupt police that’s why, and neither can most people. So on behalf of ordinary people everywhere, tax payers in Hampshire and Surrey and all decent law abiding people, yes, if you want to call exposing corrupt police officers like the Dunlop’s a 'vendetta' then I am proud to lead that vendetta and many of our supporters (some of which are total strangers and write to me now) are happy for my direct actions too (shame Hampshire Constabulary and the PSD don’t get off their backsides and do it so I don’t have to, but that’s another story).

Lie #4 attempt to manipulate the law

Lie: What a pile of confused and misguided legal babble. I can only think the Dunlop’s are taking advice from some stupid friends here or cut and pasting something they know nothing about. First; libel is something that is untrue that is published in the written word, and to prove libel you have to show that it's untrue. Then you have protection of the European laws and the American laws governing freedom of speech and freedom of expression, this does come with serious provisos but it does exist. Despite what the Dunlop’s would like to believe, non of us live in a Police state yet.

It would be great if they could provide some specifics and some evidence to prove things wrong, but they cant – simply because its true. By the simple act of publishing their lie packed fantasy prosecution statements people can see it for themselves. Rather than quote legal babble the Dunlop’s would be better off presenting evidence. But I guess that’s pretty hard once you’ve committed your poison pen to paper and someone published that. Here’s some advice for the future, simply tell the truth, then do the decent thing and resign from Hampshire Constabulary so that the decent law abiding hard working Hampshire taxpayer doesn’t have to put up with your daily disgusting cost in the form of underserved wages. And if you do want to go around having faith that people will believe your nonsense then try starting a religious cult. The one thing we do have faith in is that your careers are finished, I don’t actually believe that you’ve pulled the wool over Hampshire Constabularies eyes nor the PSD. They may be misguidedly protecting you (as you represent an embarrassing failure in their system) but they must be at or past their limits now, your inaccurate faith filled quoting of legal babble must be embarrassing the hell out of them, and now you! (or perhaps they didn’t know about your poison-pen off-duty activities, it’s a good job this website exists to inform them isn’t it)

Issue: abuse of their 'status' as Police officers

Isn’t it interesting that the Dunlop’s make a point of using their ‘status’ as serving Police when it suits them. The laws of defamation and libel apply to all (as do the freedom of expression / right to publish the truth), why would they try and use their job titles when it suits them. Again the PSD and Chief Constable Alex Marshall should take note of this – because all this has done is brought the Constabulary into disrepute (again!). It seems Mr Marshall does not have control of his people on or off duty. Perhaps for the Dunlop’s the Police Code of Conduct also does not apply?
